Responsible Gaming
Responsible Gaming
As an operator committed to Responsible Gambling, we aim to assist our customers in taking all necessary actions to ensure their betting experience stays entertaining and safe.
We encourage responsible gambling, and through a set of limits and tools, we help our players to prevent the risks of developing gambling related harm and to manage their account activity better.
Before you play, you should always consider the following:
- How much money and time you want to spend gambling.
- Your loss and win limits.
- The amount per bet you are comfortable playing.
- The odds of the games you want to play.
A plan to stop playing once you have reached your limits or are no longer having fun.
Our recommendations for responsible betting:
- Set your limits.
- Remember to take a break.
- Treat your betting as an entertainment expense.
- Only gamble with money you can afford to lose.
- Do not gamble when you are upset or depressed.
- Do not try to make up for losses.
With that in mind, we offer different tools to help you manage your activity: financial, time-management, and access restriction limits, which can be used as standalone limitations or in combinations.
1. Time Limits
You can set time limits to manage your time effectively, maintain awareness of your online presence, and make informed decisions regarding your engagement on the site.
Reality Check
This feature will help you monitor the duration spent on the site. When activated, a pop-up notification will appear regularly, providing you with information regarding your logged-in time and the current Win/Loss ratio for the ongoing session. You will have the option to close the pop-up, however, it will reappear after the predetermined set period. The tool is customizable, allowing you to select a preferred time duration from the available options.
Session Limit
This feature will help you monitor the length of time you spend logged in. Upon reaching a specified time limit, a pop-up notification will be displayed, indicating the duration of your session. Unlike the Reality Check, the Session Limit pop-up cannot be closed. The only available action is to utilize the Log Out button. The feature provides you with various options for time limits.
2. Financial limits
Deposit Limit
Set a deposit limit for a day, a week and/ or a month to stay within your budget.. Once you reach the limit, you will be unable to deposit additional funds until the period expires. It is important to note that any decrease in the deposit limit will be implemented immediately, while an increase in the deposit limit will only take effect after a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
Turnover Limit*
Set a maximum turnover limit for casino, sport, or both. Once this limit is reached, you will be unable to place any additional bets on the vertical of your choice until the period expires. Like the deposit limit, any increase in the turnover limit requires a cooling-off period of 24 hours, while any decrease takes effect immediately.
Loss Limit*
Set a loss limit, which defines the maximum amount you can lose within a specific period. Loss limits may be daily, weekly, and/or monthly. Once you reach this limit, you will be unable to bet any additional funds until the period expires. Keep in mind that an increase in the loss limit is subject to a cooling-off period of 24 hours, while any decrease will be implemented immediately.
*Loss limits are calculated based on your overall activity during a specified period. If you are in an overall winning position, your winnings won’t be included in the Loss Limits set.
Example: Suppose you’ve set a monthly loss limit of $1000. You deposit $500 and
win $1500, resulting in a total balance of $2000. If you continue playing
throughout the month, our system will only consider $500 of your $2000 balance.
This ensures that your real money potential risk aligns with your loss
limit.
It is important to note that loss and turnover limits are equivalent (X amount
of turnover = X amount of loss), and as such, if set up as a combination, the
more stringent one will apply.
Please keep in mind that all financial limits operate in the time zone UTC-04:00
and in a calendar-based mode. That means the daily limits will consider your
activity from 0:00 a.m. until the end of the day at 23:59 p.m. and then reset
for the new day. The weekly limits will consider the start day of the week
(Sunday) at 0:00 h until the end of the week at 23:59 h, and then will reset for
the new week. The monthly limits will be considered from the first day of the
month at 0:00 h until the last day at 23:59 h, and then they will reset for the
new month.
Standalone and Simultaneous Limit Periods
You may set limits for standalone periods or multiple periods at the same time. These limits can be set for deposits, turnover, or loss, and you can choose daily, weekly, and/or monthly durations. It is important to note that the most stringent limit always takes precedence hence, you will not be able to set a weekly limit that is higher than the monthly limit set.

Myths about gambling:
There are several common myths about gambling that can lead to misunderstandings and potentially harmful behaviors. Understanding these myths can help you make more informed decisions and enjoy gambling as a form of entertainment rather than a way to make money.
Here are the most common myths observed within the industry:
The more you gamble the more likely it is that you’ll win big.
“If I keep gambling, my luck will change, and I’ll win back the money I’ve lost.”
This is known as the “gambler’s fallacy.” Each bet is an independent event, and past losses do not influence future outcomes. The odds remain the same regardless of previous results.
The outcome of each game is based on chance. Each event, such as a lottery draw or spin of a roulette wheel, is independent of previous or future gambling outcomes. Time spent gambling doesn’t affect the outcome. It’s important to remember that, more often than not, gambling leads to spending money rather than making it.
If you play long enough, you’ll eventually win all your money back.
“I almost won; I must be due for a win.”
Near misses can create a false sense of being close to winning, but they do not actually increase your chances of winning in the future. Each game is random and independent.
The odds are in favor of the House, so the more you gamble, the more likely you are to lose money. While some individuals may win, the majority will likely lose. It’s crucial to understand that the gambling industry thrives on this statistical advantage.
Knowing the game increases your chances of winning.
“I have a special strategy that helps me win.”
Strategies can be fun But, most games of chance, like lotteries and slot machines, are designed to be random. No strategy can change the odds in your favor.
While knowledge of sports betting or games like poker can influence decision-making, the outcomes ultimately depend on chance. Even with expertise, there’s always a level of unpredictability. Stronger cards in poker or past wins of a football team don’t guarantee future success. Responsible gambling involves recognizing the role of chance and playing within means.
Keeping track of previous results can help determine future outcomes.
“If I кееp tracking my bets, I can predict when my luck will turn and I can finally get that Big win.”
This quote illustrates the gambler’s fallacy, where someone believes that past outcomes can influence future results in games of chance.
Gambling outcomes are random and can’t be predicted. If patterns existed, everyone would know them, and there would be no losses. Each stage of the game is entirely independent of previous results. So, if you are familiar with the “gamblers fallacy” you know that it’s a dangerous concept to believe in.
Budgeting your gambling will prevent losses.
“As long as I play within a budget, I’m gambling safely.”
While setting a budget is a good practice and highly recommendable, it’s also important to recognize the signs of problem gambling and seek help if needed. Responsible gambling involves more than just financial limits. Understanding the signs of problem gambling is crucial. Without this awareness, even the strictest budget might not be enough to prevent potential issues.
They are all the same, no point in looking for the best one.
“Online betting apps and sports betting sites are all the same.”
Not all gambling sites are created equal. As the industry grows the need for safer gambling measures becomes more and more apparent. Knowing that the company conducts rigorous checks and applies preventive measures to protect gamblers makes the customer feel safe when actively playing on the site. It’s important to use licensed and regulated sites that have responsible gambling features to ensure a safer experience.
Recognizing the signs of problem gambling early can help ensure that your gambling remains a fun and controlled activity.
